New Delhi: As per the report of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) tabled in the Delhi Assembly on Tuesday, discrepancies in the public distribution system (PDS) of the state have come to the fore. Rebel Aam Aadmi Party MLA Kapil Mishra on Wednesday took to Twitter to describe Arvind Kejriwal as the most corrupt Chief Minister. Mishra tweeted that the scam in the PDS that took place during the three-year rule of the AAP government was worth over Rs 5,400 crore.
Mishra said he will visit CBI headquarters on Friday and file a complaint against Imran Hussain, the Food and Civil Supplies Minister in Kejriwal’s cabinet. Mishra alleges a nexus between the ration mafia and the Delhi government. The rebel AAP leader claims that a few days ago, 4 lakh fake ration cards were confiscated. However, Hussain had ordered not to cancel the seized ration cards. Mishra alleged that the fake ration cards were used to carry on a scam of Rs 150 crore per month.
